About Me
Thank you for visiting my website. I hope you are enjoying looking at my work. Here you can learn a little about me and watch one of my videos.
Since 1997 I have lived and worked in Dumfriesshire in Southern Scotland, my home and studio are in the border town of Lockerbie.

I grew up in Glasgow and after school I followed my family south of the border. I did a two year Foundation Course at Harrow School of Art and a BA(Hons) in Fine Art Painting at Norwich School of Art followed by a postgraduate year and an ATD from Leicester University.

I have taught for many years including 20 years as a tutor of colour and drawing at the Royal College of Art in London. After many years of teaching alongside painting, I now devote almost all of my time to painting, apart a few weeks each year when I enjoy leading painting and colour workshops with local groups and in Italy.

I exhibit regularly and have work in many private collections in UK and world-wide. There are works also in collection of Gracefield Arts Centre, Dumfries and the Women’s Library, Glasgow.
