From time to time I enjoy a phase where I like to work on a theme that includes the human form. This series is to do with senses, the acts of seeing, hearing, touching, tasting or smelling. They are intended to feel intimate, close up and personal. In these, colour is my main expressive element. Memories, an overheard word, a poem or a dream are my starting points.
